incompetence and rude staff

bad service from makro polokwane finance I've been here since 9; 30 am for my stockvel account which I paid since February. now I can't get help because I was paying at makro crown mine. apparently they can't trace my payment even when I have slips. even their by the name of marriam just left me hanging and very rude still waiting so I don't if I must drive back to Johannesburg in order for me to get my money the finance department in polokwane is *********** and rude specially the manager by the name of marriem
