incompetence and pathetic service from Makro ONLINE!!!
ive been having the worst luck with my online order from makro for the past few months, either packaged incorrectly, all products falling out, messing up my other products etc. this was blamed on temp staff hired over december.. i let it slide.
my recent order, order MAK*** , in the order there was; clear shockproof cover for Samsung A30S with glass screen protector - no glass screen protector received. 3-in-1 magnetic charging Cable - they sent me some wireless charger!! for an Apple phone!!!!
how does one mess up an order like this. it seems this poor customer service has become the norm for Makro

30 Jan 2024, 23:27The only feedback I got, was an email to return the incorrect item received, there as been no service recovery nor any indication when I will receive the correct 3-in-1 magnetic charging cable . Not the incorrect magnetic charger!!!!
I am now being inconvenienced to print some kabel etc, however no indication on my item!!!! Makro... really????? Clearly no care nor concern!!!
I no longer have any words left for the *********** pathetic non service received!!!!!
I'd like a competent manager to phone me and resolve this issue ASAP!!!

Yourl don't respond to any emails, no service recovery was done to date!! i no longer want to do business with you, please arrange for the incorrect yellow flimsy cable to be collected and refund me!! its not about the money but the principle and your pathetic service.. non SERVICE received!!!!
