Incompetence

Makro ,I'm so disappointed at your service, I ordered a laptop on the 06th Feb, delivery was supposed to be Friday the 13th, it wasn't delivered until I got hold of you on Monday, the next morning I'm told the laptop is out of stock, where's the accountability, had i not initiated the communication, who was going to inform me about this?
