Incompetence

I ordered 4 paints which was all for delivery but for some odd reason 2 was delivered and 2 was scheduled for collection. Called in on Tuesday to query matter was escalated to date no delivery, decided to make another call as the TAT for the paint to be delivered is today. I spoke to 1 of the most rude *********** person(Zainonessa) in my life as she first started saying all my orders were delivered then as I insisted its not she then found that its not delivered and ready for collection at Crown Mines, no telephone etiquette or client service at all. I would also like a recording of that call as I would like to escalate this matter further.
