INCOMPETENCE

My cousin recently brought a fridge from your store online, & to our dismay, IT DOES NOT WORK. It hasn’t been working SINCE DAY 1. He asked you for a refund, & you’ve been giving him the runaround. Give Ziki back his money, we don’t want a technician to check the fridge, we want the fridge GONE. Your service quality is honestly appalling for a store/brand as big as yours. I’ll never be shopping for anything at Makro again, thank you.
