Incompeta t and unfriendly trainee manager

I went into Makro Vdbp yesterday to browse at their clothing, I made my way trough the section and ended in the fitness section next to clothing...decided to take a peek at what they have and saw their ladies Everlast MMA glovez was marked at R69.80 and decided to take one for bag work. At the till it scanned R199, I was assisted by a gentleman and went to show him where I got the gloves and the price, there were no price for R199 anywere on the shelve and nemrous amounts of the same glove and In the same size hanging by the prise showing R69.80. a trainee manager Monica Mbuyazi was called, and waited about 20 minutes for her assistance, and then told me that price tag was for, or did she imply I moved it? handwraps and that the gloves were haning in the wrong place, even told me customers move the items, come onif I found 1 tray pair by the indicated price yes but there like 15 or so pairs hanging In 2 lines next to another. Monica refused to give the gloves to me at the marked price, honestly I feel poeple working on the floors should sit around less and do a bit more so these thing dont happen, and Monica need customer relations skills was treated like a ******** and no res
