online order in November 2022 Item got ****** before it was delivered to me. Iv been calling and emailing ever since then, spoke to 3 or more people from there, in Jan I was told I’ll be refunded in 7 days We are now in Feb and I’m on a 40 min call now put on hold as I’m typing this now !!!!!
