Inability to Refund

Good day I am disappointed and devastated with the poor service of makro...I bought Cosave Pvc interlocking tiles online at makro on the 6 May 2025. Then I realized later that I ordered the wrong model. I send them an email to cancel my order , but they only canceled and refunded only one set of four sets of tiles. I have been sending them emails that they need also to refund me the remaining three. Since the of 9 May 2025 up to this day of my review , no one has responded to my emails . I called their call centre , no one was able to help me . I am in dire need for assistance i I am helpless at this point.
