Inability to process and deliver Online Orders

This is the second time I ordered on Makro online. Not only did they fail to deliver the order, they failed to notify me the progress untill I contact them.

I had to contact them to check on the progress, then be told the courier failed to collect the item....no communication between the courier and Makro. Apparently we purchase online, the item is with a third party, and Makro never follows up to check if these orders are being collected from the third party.

Absolutely chaos.

Will rather purchase from Takalot going forward.
