In December 2024 I bought a Cadac from Makro online, only to find out my husband bought the same item

In December 2024 I bought a Cadac from Makro online, only to find out my husband bought the same item. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. It is now 4 months later and I still do not have my refund. I have phoned them 5 times and sent me details to them twice. No luck. Yesterday I spoke to a lady whom I thought was a light at the end of the tunnel. She promised to phone me back with feedback. She never did. I don't know what more I need to do to get my money back.
