Impossible to use

Impossible to change the (obviously invalid) delivery address of an online order. Called twice, got halfway through, the first time the operator just stayed silent for minutes at a time, until the call got cut. 2nd time, the call got cut even faster. Sending an email to ********** provided absolutely no result. I should have read the other reviews here before placing the order. It's a disgrace that this became a must - checking a company on HelloPeter before ordering.
