Impossible delivery
I ordered curtains on Saturday 11 January 2025. I received confirmation for delivery on Sunday 12 January 2025. Halfway through the day the couriers, WUM Drop, confirmed their delivery failed. Then I called Makro this morning at 9am and they confirmed delivery between 12-6pm today. I now received a message from WUM Drop to confirm delivery again tomorrow.
I cannot sit day after day waiting for a box of curtains. It's not an elephant. It shouldn't be this difficult.
It has cost me R50 airtime with no resolution. You get passed from one person to the next who can't actually give an intelligent reason for the delay. What a ridiculous way to start the year.

It makes me wonder if I want to go down this road again. I need to order curtains once again, but judging from the other reviews they've received, if they keep using these couriers, it will probably be a disaster on repeat.
