I'm still waiting for my refund it's been over a month

I'm so disappointed with the service I got from makro such a huge company .I bought an airfryer on the 7th of June 2023.I was not happy with the size so I returned . I logged in the return request on the 12th June 2023 but they didn't come for collection. I had to send an email on the 20th June 2023 to reminding them to come and collect and they collected after a few days.

On the 27june 2023 I received an email from Bongani Khubeka asking me to forward him my banking details,proof of payment and my ID .I emailed all of the above on the 28 June 2023.On the 29 June I received an email saying return request has been refunded but nothing in my account .I sent another email on the 7 July 2023 to the manager Bongani Khubeka but the was no reply. The 18 July I sent another email to let them know that it's been over a month waiting for my refund.i than received an email on the 19 July from Nomsa Mlambo letting me know that they have escalated my refund query to the relevent department to advise further .Its the 21july 2023 and I haven't received any communication whatsoever. I'm writing this with a heavy heart and very disappointed . It's a big company but the service is so horrible. I will never ever buy anything from makro
