I'm still waiting for my money!

Makro has literally become a swear word in my vocabulary. It's unbelievable that for a purchase that was made and cancelled weeks ago I'm still hear fighting to get what is legally mine, my refund, my money! I honestly don't understand what is so complicated with doing a refund. I'm now being forced into a position where I will need to consult the Consumer Goods & Services Ombuds as well as lawyers for Makro to simply give me my money back! Makro, Massmart, Walmart! Pay back my money!
