I’m so Disappointed!

I bought Defy fridge the freezer is not working, Today( 25 August 2026) marks third week ever since they told me that the technician will come. When you call them seems like they’re trained to say one thing, NONE of them comes up with a solution. All of them will be saying one thing “the matter has been escalated”. We end up spend more money buying airtime to call them just to tell us the same thing over and over again!!!. I feel like I wasted my money, honestly I don’t think it is worth it to buy at Makro because after paying you are on your own, when you encounter a problem, You are on your own!!
