I'm not disappointed but I'm disgusted!!

This is my second review on this platform and I still haven't received my refund. Disappointment is an understatement at this point.Makro is a very big company that clearly **** customers their hard earned money.We work so hard for our money for you guys to take advantage of us .Its almost 2months sending my banking details but still I haven't received my money.
