I'm extremely disappointed with the couch I purchased from Makro

I'm extremely disappointed with the couch I purchased from Makro. The product images and description led me to believe I was getting a plush, comfortable sofa. Unfortunately, the reality is far from it.Firstly, the couch is incredibly flat, almost like a pancake. It's nowhere near the thickness and cushioning advertised. This makes it uncomfortable to sit on.To make matters worse, the product didn't come with any instructions on how to assemble the legs.But that's not all - one of the legs arrived cracked, which is unacceptable quality control.The final nail in the coffin is the material's poor quality. I returned an item it’s almost 2 months now I haven’t received my refund. When I call they always say the matter is being escalated. I’m very disappointed with Makro.
