I'll Never ever buy online ko makro stores
Makro store Your customers service is disgusting Ke rekile 20l of palm oil kadi 3th April Online ***atla ...why I don't know for 10day I had to call and ask why my parcel was not delivered 13 April I called & ask for the order to be cancelled and be Refunded After 4 days my Refund was not processed I called makro every day,send emails watsup messages They say my Refund was not processed why I don't knw I didn't even receive the parcel till today When I call they will put you on hold for 15min May I please be REFUNDED please and the parcel was returned to the shop

When am I going to be Refunded I have been waiting for a call since last week.. when I call the shop they say i will receive a feedback after after 48 hour that Never recieved

I recieved email from Europe Mokoena on the 9 May 2023
Says it will take 2 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect on my accaunt its been 7days I haven'trecieved my Refund
I'm sure if I was a white person you would have assisted me long time ago this totally unprofessional "makro store "
