Ignoring our requests for an error made by Makro

On 1 Feb my husband went to Makro Montague Gardens to make our monthly payment of R902, the cashier somehow inputted R9002 (R8100 overstated) which obviously needed to be reversed. We did not cause any grievance when we were informed about the reversal but as discussed numerously on all the calls we had on 2 Feb ,we are in the process of purchasing a house and any negative movement on any accounts can affect the bond application approval. The bank asked us to get a letter from Makro explaining the error to avoid the bond being cancelled.

The initial \supervisor\" who my husband asked for the letter said that this has nothing to do with the bank which I beg to differ based on the fact that we are applying for a bond, it has everything to do with the bank ,when it seems like we are using more credit whilst applying for a bond.

We finally after calling a few times received a simple email stating the facts but as with any legal process you require something more official like a letter . I have emailed asking for this but have received no reply at all since Tuesday.

The service we are getting is pathetic as Makro is acting as if we made the error. All we want is a letter!!!"
