Ignorance and Extreme Poor Service!!!!

Extreme poor service and ignorance. Do not order from Makro online.

I have paid for my order (MAK***). On 26 July 2023 I was informed that my package will only be dispatched 7 August 2023 and to confirm if I want to wait for delivery or cancel my order. I rep**** to the mail on 26 July 2023, specifying that I don’t want to wait, the dispatch date is unacceptable and to regund my purchase! To date I have attempted daily to get my order refunded, yet Makro just ignores me flat.
