IF YOU WANT PEACE DONT BUY FROM MAKRO

I bought a fridge from makro online, the delivery driver dropped it and I returned it. It's been downhill from there. I bought it using Payflex and now I'm left with a payment obligation because makro doesn't wanna refund me. I have called and called and called but they all tell me they will escalate the matter and get back to me, but no one does, no one will get back to you.
