I bought baby products online, that I needed the following day, only got ETA to be three days later, I made other means to survive the next three days. After the three days still no delivery. Dove to Makro Silverlakes they said the Oder appears but they cannot assist me as the order is still with Makro online. Makro online claim the order is with Makro Silverlakes they both cannot do anything at that time. I wished to cancel. I was told it’s too late. I spent an hour + on the phone with them, and drove to Makro 2times, 5 days later I’m sitting without my products.
