If you return an item with them, and you fill in a different address for collection, the poor communication that have with the courier, mix up the address, while u wait at the return address you filled in they go to collect item at the delivery address

If you return an item with them, and you fill in a different address for collection, the poor communication that have with the courier, mix up the address, while u wait at the return address you filled in they go to collect item at the delivery address. When you return an item u fill in the date of collection they will never come or call to say they are unable to come you wait all day, service is very poor. The item I am returning, items on it were short and unable to use it instead of 11 part only got 4.
