If I could give negative stars I would
We orderd a cot online. RECEIVED A 10 FOOT TRAMPOLINE! When we called we were told WE have to log the return and wait. My baby was born two months premature and is finally coming home this week yet nothing has been done. If we have not received our cot or refund within this week I will be selling this stupid trampoline.

08 Jan 2025, 09:47Really you call once? One time for a few seconds and just because i was unable to answer I have to fight to get an answer back. You do realize my child does not have a proper place to sleep because of your terrible service.
I tried phoning twice yesterday had to use your headoffice number to get transferred only to have the call dropped after 5 mins of holding. The chat que? Yeah it refreshes and places me in the back of the line. Email is basically like sending smoke signals at night, an absolute waste of time.
If we have not received the cot or the refund by the end of this week we will be taking this matter further.
