If I could give Makro zero I would

I used the online service and ordered and paid for a bed. The bed was delivered to the wrong house number as well as them allowing a random person who was not L. KOEN to sign for the bed. Half a month later, Makro are still trying to "confirm" where the bed was delivered. Don't bother calling in trying to resolve anything. Their pathetic service extends further to dropping calls and placing you on hold forever as a ploy not to deal with you. As far as I'm concerned Makro didn't fulfill their duty of delivering a service so I sit without the money for a bed or a bed to use. Thank you Makro. Hope to get refunded soon so I can take my business elsewhere and have a comfy bed to use
