i purchase alcohol online and chose wrong store Polokwane, i then called Makro customer care and i was told i must wait for few days for my order to be cancelled. after few weeks when i check i was told my order was collected, i then asked who collect my order to date still waiting. i have been trying to get my refund back but no one is willing to assist,
