Icemaker

In November I bought an icemaker that worked for one month and ever since I have called makro countless times seeking assistance. Where the machine must produce ice it produces water. Even now I was on a call with them they keep saying that they will send someone.

What kind of a store is makro that doesn't put their customers first and prefer to take us from pillar to post. Just sending a technician is it that hard.

I will never buy anything at makro again and does who want to try at your own risk. Because they will take their time to help the customer who is always right. Disappointed at the store and their call center stuff.
