I wrote a review last week regarding an lg 446l universe fridge that was on promotion which comes together with a microwave but only received a fridge,Makro responded privately telling me that their staff is handling it but after 3 weeks going 4th the is still no progress,I feel Makro isn't taking their customers serious,I haven't received even single email or neither a call after that from them,and everytime I call they telling me that they have escalated the matter,I wouldn't advise anyone to use Makro services otherwise you will go through the same experience
