I would like to share my bad experience at Makro Springfield today the front line supervisor by the name of Siphesihle Zulu was very rude and unprofessional today At approximately 15:08 we were paying at your Makro till when the lady by the name of Siphesihle Zulu came and said we can't pay there because that til was for wholesalers the she said we need to go and pay on another til few second later she then took one the customers to pay on the same till she said we can't pay on when I confronted her she was very rude and unprofessional. Please Makro you need to train your employees on how to deal with customers they need to understand that we all deserve respect if Makro keeps on having rude and unprofessional supervisor that will have bad impact on the business. Very angry and disappointed customer😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
