I won a VOUCHER (where is it??)

During December 2014 I was contacted by a Makro employee that I was one of the winners of a Makro competition. I was informed that I would only receive the voucher the middle of January 2014 due to the holiday season. I was informed that I would receive an email to complete a form and be contacted in January after the holiday season. When the call occurred the Makro employee knew all my details and the nature of the competition and therefore I was very excited to hear about this news.<br> I have since the middle of January been calling the Strubensvalley branch and Head Office to find out when I can actually pick up this voucher and no one can actually be honest or give me an answer. Every time I call the Makro Strubensvalley and speak to Fritz or Lebo or the Makro Head Office they do not know about it. <br> This is so dissappointing that this is actually the first time I have won in a competition and got all hyped up for nothing. It is now January 31 2015. Hello Makro wake up!!!
