I will never recommend MAKRO to anyone

In February 2025, I had purchased a charger and a cable then my order was cancelled however it was out of stock as per their response, they said they going to refund my money to my account in March they had refunded 20% of it since I've made a purchase via EFT, By end March, I had followed up with them they promised to pay my money back since today I haven't received my balance. Whenever I make a call they always advise that the escalated to finance I mean February refund should be completed by August, I will never recommend MAKRO to anyone, their customer service is very poor, last month I did attach March bank statement as they claim that the refund was done, I haven't received any response, I want my balance to be refunded onto my bank account ASAP.
