I will NEVER order from Makro online again - Worst service - No customer care

I ordered online on 28 July, the items did not arrive on the date in which they promised they would arrive AND when they did finally arrive some of the items were missing AND some of the items were damaged. I called the customer services line to report this and I was informed that the issue is being escalated. I have received no communication or acknowledgment of my query. These are items I paid for and what they delivered was extremely horrible the packaging was very careless and I see how to items were damaged with such careless packaging, I want a refund on these items and some form of communication from Makro.
