I will never buy from MAKRO again!!!

I am so displeased by the services from MAKRO CROWN MINES. They didn't package a complete order, I had 5 items missing from my order when it arrives and had to use my airtime to call for almost a whole 2hours dealing with this query and crown mines makro has rude store customer care people working there. They backed themselves up by saying it was a system error and I will be refunded. I was never notified of any of this and never got a notification for the items not being available or that they have been canceled. In the evening I was refunded for only one of the items and my remaining balance it's almost R200. I would like all my money returned and to be compensated for my troubles , time and airtime wasted on nothing! Now I have to call again tomorrow and deal with not being refunded in total. I will never buy from makro again.
