I went to Makro crowning but an oil heater Midea today

I went to Makro crowning but an oil heater Midea today. I asked the sales lady to open the box to see if everything is there we checked all was well and good. When I was already on the Iles the same lady come n said she woul like to exchange the heater cause the one we have does not have a manual and the one she is giving back was checked and has everything included. To my surprise when I got home there's no remote. What an inconvenience to now drive back there using my petrol again. Bad service really they are very playful. I'm so annoyed ?
