I was sold a faulty washing machine

On the 8th of November 2024 I recieved my LG 17kg washing machine that I bought on promotion on the 4th of November 2024. I opened and used it a few times and in all instances I was unhappy with how it was washing because the clothes still came out unclean and not rinsed properly. On the 19th of November I decided to call Makro and report the matter and I was told they would come and fix it because they can't exchange it as I have used it already. Till to date im sitting with a new faulty washing machine that I cannot use. I'm disappointed on how this whole matter has been handled, it's such a big inconvenience
