I was cheated by sales person mabotja at Makro Polokwane and Harrased by the lady called herself manager of the managers who is rude at customers.

I was cheated by Makro they took my money for wrong set of breaker.I went to makro polokwane on 02/11/2021 to buy breaker, i explained nicely to sales person that i am looking for a breaker i wanted to dig some easy stone, the sales person by the name of mabotja adviced me that i must buy Ryobi as he normally sell some of them to client who are digging pit toilet and some grave and have never came back then i was convinced, that is when i decided to buy the machine.Some hours later on the 03/11/2021 the machine gave me a problem which cost me to return it back when i get there the person at returns by name of Molahlegi adviced me that i must take the machine to service center in polokwane so they can check it fast as i wanted to use the machine to finish what i was doing.I did that but unfortunetly things did not go according to my plans i only got called by service center on monday the 09/11/2021 when i get there i was told that the system is off i cannot take the machine.I asked them what was the problem they told that the is nothing wrong with the machine is just that i was using the machine for a wrong application because the right application is to break the pavement i was surprised because i explained nicely to sales person which misgaided me because he wanted to make some sale by giving me a false information.So i tried to explained this to the managers in makro to give the right machine unfortunetly i got attended by the rude lady the so called manager of the managers thats how she called herself, she told that i lost R 6000 because she can't help me with anything, she said the machine is not resellable which i told them that the is noway i can use the machine to dig the hole and the machine come out clean from the hole as if it has never worked on top of that i never buys the machine knowing will get broken so early. The lady need to be reasonable, so i need makro to help me on this machine as it was not my fault i was misgaided by their sale person.I left the machine with them as there is no use to keep something i can never use because is meant for something else. I am so pieced the way i was harrased by the lady manager who is very rude and arragent at customers, if i knew i were totaly not going to buy that breaker because now i am harassed by the managers for my money.
