I was charged 8times

Good day I went to the makro in crown mines on the 22/12/2017 I paid for the goods when I got to the security he noticed that I was charged for 6 Mayonaise so the supervisor gave me the cash great. Now I get home and I realized that there where two extra mayonaise charged meaning I paid for 5 instead of 3 , I am not happy about this as I had to wait in the que for more than two hours and next thing I get this. So it means that the cashier was not paying attention because if the security guard 'gift' didn't see the mistake I would have been charged for 8 mayanaise. Can someone get back to me regarding this ,I have the receipt......

I even sent a request to your complaints but till date no one has bothered responding me since Friday the 22nd December ______________________________________

So no one is going to solve this issue which was sent on the 28th already, I guess I will forward this problem to Doug , stop lying to clients and telling them you are looking into the matter when you are not 7days that's pathetic pull up your socks and do some work ,,,,feedback
