I was assaulted by the courier guy escorts that was hired by Makro.

I ordered a stove at makro on the 18th of March and my order was delivered on the 19th of March, but to my surprise they sent courierguy for my parcel n called to tell me to go fetch my parcel on the road while I wrote my home address. I asked the driver why should I fetch it there? He started being rude and pointing fingers and I asked him to stop doing that cause I'm asking questions n he should answer me right, then he said he wants to deliver other parcels as I'm delaying him n I told him you won't go cause I need my parcel delivered, that's when he called the escourt guy and I explained to him n he understood as I thought but then he ended up being the one that mishandled me, threatening to shoot me strained my right hand and as I was fighting back he held and threw me on the ground and that's when I'm right side was hurt, my business got affected as I couldn't take orders for 2days, n they broke my fone.... They just left my parcel there without me giving the courierguy the pin.. And the escort guy as I was trying to take a Picture he almost ran over me n lucky enough I shifted.. I've sent emails n called Makro head office and courierguy Nelspruit but nothing, they didn't bother getting back to me up until today
