I want my refund/Order!!!

I ordered on Makro via payflex on Monday the 1st of September. While on the app I tried to change my address since I moved to a new place but the app still captured my old one. I wrote an email asking for a change of address, they called me back and told me they can't change it, I should cancel the order. I called to cancel the order and they told me a refund will be done. It's the 3rd now and I haven't received any refund but emails that my "order has been handed to courier" the courier driver called me and I explained my situation and he said he'll take the order back to Makro and they'll call me to change the address but still no progress. The order keeps going back to the store yet I canceled it and have no refund.
