I want my refund thats all
REF *** I DID NOT GET REF YESTERDAY
Hi it has been a month since i logged a call for the bunk bed to be picked up so that i can get my refund. I have mentioned the 30times i have called that i have no space in the house for this thing i dont know if you people want this thing to be more damaged so that you dont give me my money.
Theres always a new story every time i call, over the weekend i was told the issue is with marketing team for feedback and yesterday i was told that you are waiting for feedback from supplier and if supplier does not respond there is nothing you can do apparently.
This has been going on for too long. Please give me my refund come take your bunk bed and i will never step foot in makro again.this has been the worst experience ive ever had.
