I want my refund for the first order ASAP and my pending second order asap

The service am getting from them is very poor un acceptable.. I ordered a stove on 5th February today it's the 12 of march still I have got any help. The stove was faulty had to call multiple times for them to return it their driver was very rude.. now am waiting for my refund it's one story after another.. Honestly I feel ****med and I have another pending order that was suppose to be delivered yesterday still no communication.. 💔
