I want my refund

Hi , i bought fridge from Makro online on the 23November2021 it was delivered on the 02 of December 2021 the fridge was leaking oil at the back and it is not freezing I had reported the matter at Makro on the 03December but until today i have'nt received my fridge or refund. Regards Elisa
