I want my refund

I'm sending this email for the third time and I'm really irritated by the service you guys are giving me. I've been calling multiple times to have my order canceled and you guys are doing nothing about it this is annoying honestly. Please cancel my order now and send me back my money. I hope this is the last email I'm sending. Coz I can't be waiting for my order from the 14th of December and you guys failed to deliver and now I have to beg you to cancel my order send my money back? This is not on.
