I want my refund ASAP

I do not want to post nameless and surnames of the people I have been calling but if nothing is taken seriously, I will do that and they can answer since it's THEIR JOB. I purchased something online from makro on the 4th of June 2025 and because it was supposed to be delivered at a store further away I canceled the order. I've been calling makro for over a month now while I'm waiting for this money that I need . The dates of processing first changed to "you will receive your refund on the 18 of June 2025" the day came and all of a sudden it was "you will receive your refund by the 26th of June 2025" AND STILL NOTHING HAS REFUNDED BACK INTO MY BANKING ACCOUNT. On my order history it says that "refund completed" which is based. No one on the customer care line has helped me with anything , they keep transferring me and transferring me . Refund was supposed to be 7-14 working days NOT ONE WHOLE MONTH. The call center agents keep using big words that even they don't understand the meaning of when you ask "what does that mean" . I went as far as going to the store physically with proof of my bank statements and nothing is being done. This is very *********** of them and come hell or high waters, I will fight for my refund so they better make a plan. And they should stop sending me those stupid emails that say the refund is completed because I have NOT received ANYTHING.
