I want my refund.

Online order #MAK*** I made a purchase on the 05/06/24 of a gas/electric heater, it was delivered broken. Logged a return and they came and fetch it after I have to call them everyday. Since June I’ve been calling Makro for my refund till to date they just ignoring my request. Makro service is sooo poor and the agents are very useless. Makro please refund me winter is over!
