I want my refund !!!

MAK***.I’m not happy at all been waiting for my refund it’s almost 3 moths now , they took the blender but they don’t wanna pay me . I’ve sent all the necessary documents but still nothing . Been calling them day in and day out the customer service team keep on saying They've escalated the matter when actually nothing is bieng done . So disappointed, I need my money it’s my money not theirs I will never buy online again .
