I want my refund
I lodged an online return with them they came and collect the parcel on the 11th of July, I’ve been waiting for my money ever since, when i call they just said they are busy processing the refund, its almost a month now, im tired if running around them begging for my refund.

10 Aug 2023, 08:52I haven’t been assisted, im still waiting for my refund, I’ve been made to hold calls for almost 10 mins, David Mabena asked for my ID copy on Monday, i sent, last week i was asked for my banking proof, i sent, today I called and i was told it hasn’t been processed imagine it has been a month now.
