I want my problem solved

A month ago I bought JBL bar speaker with Blue Ray dvd. After 3 days of purchase the system switches itself in the middle of the night. The blue ray has 3 ports Lan, power and hdmi so I can play through JBL as sound come from TV. Brought it to Makro alberton I was helped by Pholofelo who told me to sell the DVD because he can't take it back. So I brought the sound bar back and I was told it was going to take me 2 weeks for repairs yet it took me a month. Friday 20 July received a call to pickup the system and on the 21 came took the sound bar and when getting home it was not giving out sound. I called Kegan Naidoo who told me to bring it back. At who expense and currently I'm at Makro and no solutions on that. They don't want to refund me. Please assist
