I want my order cancel and my money back

I am so disgusted and angry with Makro! The service and communication is so horrible, it’s been 2 days now I am waiting for them to cancel my order reference number EQBB and EATU. I have called and sent countless emails wanting to cancel this order because of their poor customer service and communication! I never want anything to do with them, I just want my money back and that’s also a difficulty thing to do!
