i want my money today

Good day

this is with utter disgust that I write this to a retial store I have been shopping with for years. I made an online purchase on 21 November with the black Friday deals and funds were deducted without a purchase or confirmation of purchase. Mak ********** . I spoke to Precious Rainala on the 27 November and he sent me confirmation that they can see that and he will attend to the refund but I need to send them confirmation of payment that it was paid for. which I done. Today being the 18 Dec, almost two months later and still have not received my funds, I have not received anything from him or Makro confirming this is being attended to. should I not receive my funds today I will be proceeding with legal action as its Christmas and Holidays and theres no reason why they should hold onto my money for such a long period.

I want my funds today...
